NEON is a program of the North Louisiana Economic partnership, the goal of which is to assist employers in this region with workforce issues they face. To that end, the target audience of this website is job seekers interested in employment in North Louisiana, whether they have a particular employer or job in mind or they are just looking to see what is out there for them. NEON seeks to attract job seekers at all skill and education levels, whether they are just starting out or are seasoned professionals. Job seekers come here to find out about new training programs offered by area schools, industries that are growing in our region and the skills required, career-related events coming up in the area, and many other resources to assist them in making a smart career choice.

This website is also meant to be used as a tool by employers that recruit talent from outside the region, therefore we have provided extensive information about the career, community and cultural assets that make North Louisiana a great place to establish a home and a career, from the job seeker’s perspective.

Banner Policy

Banners may not at any point during the campaign have additional creative that extends beyond the designated banner area unless approved by NEON. This includes but is not limited to rollovers, surveys, non-user-initiated daughter windows and DHTML elements. Approval will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All beyond-the-banner creative requires 5 days of lead time to be approved. All ad placements should spawn a new browser window when clicked upon.

Changes and Cancellations

All creative materials must be received at least 5 business days prior to the launch of the campaign. If creative is delayed, NEON reserves the right to extend the campaign end date by same number of days creative was delayed.

Rejecting Creative

NEON reserves the right to approve all ad creatives which will run on site and NEON also reserves the right to reject any creative that does not follow NEON specs.
